Ao Fragrances Chandlery Wholesale Policies

1. Application Process: To apply for a wholesale account with Ao Fragrances Chandlery, please complete our online Wholesale Application Form. We carefully review each application to ensure a good fit for both parties. Approval is at the discretion of Ao Fragrances Chandlery.

2. No Exclusivity: While we value our partnerships with retailers, we do not offer exclusive territories. However, we reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of partnerships based on factors such as location, market saturation, and brand alignment.

3. No White Label: We do not offer white label services for our products. All products sold wholesale must maintain the Ao Fragrances Chandlery branding and packaging.

4. Collaborations: We are open to considering collaborations with established wholesale clients for limited edition products or unique scents. These collaborations may be featured on our website, as well as our social media channels, to showcase our partnership and increase visibility for both parties.

5. Order Minimums: There are minimum order requirements for both initial and subsequent orders. Please refer to our Wholesale Price List for more information on order minimums.

6. Payment Terms: All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept credit card payments, PayPal, and bank transfers.

7. Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We offer various shipping options and will provide tracking information once the order has been shipped.

8. Returns & Exchanges: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or credit towards future purchases. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold inventory or buyer's remorse.

9. Retail Pricing: As a wholesale partner, you agree to adhere to our suggested retail pricing guidelines to maintain consistency and protect the value of our brand.

10. Marketing & Promotions: We encourage you to promote Ao Fragrances Chandlery products in your store and on your website, as well as through social media and other marketing channels. Please contact us for access to product images, descriptions, and other promotional materials.

11. Intellectual Property: Ao Fragrances Chandlery retains all rights to its intellectual property, including but not limited to product designs, images, and descriptions. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

12. Confidentiality: Wholesale clients are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding our wholesale pricing, product information, and other sensitive information shared in the course of our business relationship.
