Returns & Exchanges
At Ao Fragrances Chandlery, each piece is made in small batches and handled with care. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer standard returns.
Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
Order Accuracy
We ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non refundable.
If an exchange is approved, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Gifts
If your order was marked as a gift, we will work with you to resolve any issues appropriately.
